How old does a song have to be before it is considered an oldie?
Answers:
Don't know my friend...the songs I grew up with in the 80's are now being considered "oldies" by the young...LOL.
However, what I have noticed is that the "Oldies" radio stations here in my city are the 50's up to mid 60's with a few early 70's ballads mixed in. The "hippie rock" stuff never seems to be included in the mix--seems like it is exempt for some reason. Disco is left out too.
