yellowman doesn't count, because his parents were black [I think.] I'm just curious because most of the great singers were influenced by Ras Tafari.

Yellowman is an albino so no he doesn't count. Can't think of any legends, just guys like UB40. There are a few white rastas who have albums but not legends.
