Answers:

OK, here it is-
You have a lot of potential, and I mean that in the best way.
You have, maybe, a second tenor voice, and you hit the high note that I thought you woudn't until you did- twice. You've got good pitch, and you can accompany yourself.
So, if I were you, I'd get some lessons to just polish up.
Some hints from someone who, long ago now, studied with a director who sang in NYC's Carnegie Hall- and I have no idea if you know some of this already, so please bear with me-
Yawn before you start. Yawn with a long singing sound that starts at the top of your range and goes all the way down low.
Open your mouth. Wide.
Keep your tongue pressed down to your jaw, and let it out.
Do some really deep breathing exercises. Learn to use your diaphragm, the way a runner does. Use you diaphragm to push out sound, and keep your head light and airy (I know, that sounds odd for a guy, maybe, but trust me.)
When you do these things, your presentation will go from OK, good pitch, a little nasal,
to WOW,
resounding, and emotional, and capturing attention.
Singing is as much sport as it is art.
If you're playing the game you want to play, cool. If you want more, I hope this will point you a little further down your path!
