I am in middle school and I want to sing an acoustic guitar song that my music teacher will accept.?

I want to sing it in the caberet. It should NOT be explicit or old.It should mainly use acoustic guitar.

What about "Hey There Delilah" by Plain White T's? It isn't too hard to play! I know you didn't want any older songs, but Hootie and the Blowfish and Sister HAzel have some songs that are pretty easy on an acoustic as well! Hope this helps!!!
