these 2 sites search peoples blogs for mp3 files they have uploaded. they are more for 'indie' sort of music though, and good for finding live tracks or covers.
alternatively there is albumbase.com which has all types of music. you need to make an account which takes like 2 minutes. then you can search for music you want and then you will find links to download the music from sites like megaupload. some files are in RAR format though so you may need to download winrar.
