Help! Song From Forever 21? Timbaland?

I went into Forever 21 a couple of days ago and they were playing a song and I can't find it on the web. I have no idea who sings it or the lyrics but I remember one word from the song "holler", it was a female who sings it and it sounded kind of techno-y/dancey, and she wasn't singing she was more like, i wanna say, rapping it (talking it?) it wasn't rap I know that. It had an interesting beat. I think it features Timbaland but I'm not sure? Any of you know it? Kind of vague I know, thanks =]
