Name of light rock/classic rock song that sounds like I see that you're tipsy in!

Question:

Name of light rock/classic rock song that sounds like I see that you're tipsy in the chorus?

I don't know if someone will be able to answer this song because I don't know much about it. All I know is the song is kind of light rock and is at least a few years old possibly as much as 30 years old. I don't really know.

All I know is that in the chorus it says something that sounds like I see that you're tipsy. It could really be anything that is two syllables that rhymes with tipsy, like with me. I'm not even positive that it says that you're, but I'm almost positive that it starts with I see. It repeats this phrase more than a few times throughout the song. It's a light rock song sung by a woman, or a man that sounds a lot like a woman. and every time after the phrase she goes oooooooohohoh with the rhythm of the beat.

I hope someone can figure this out because it's driving me nuts. I know you'd be able to get it so easy if you could pick up the rhythm but I can't get that across. So, if you have a decent guess please let me know. Thank you.
