There are a few websites you could try. These websites mostly are for music lessons, but chances are you could get these folks to perform for you, too. Try www.privatelessons.com , and www.teachlist.com . You could also put up a post for www.craigslist.org for your area and say you are looking for a harpist- I check there often looking for gigs for myself.
