I want to know if Good Charlotte's new song "Dance floor anthem" is about that whole "Hilary - Joel" thing because I think it is.

Since they broke up in November, it's most likely about her. Since Hilary's album "Dignity" came after the break-up, the song "Stranger" could be about Joel as well.
