What is the difference between Within Temptation and Evanesence?!

What is the difference between Within Temptation and Evanesence?
I am big fan of WT but everyone says they sound like Evanesence. Is this the 'Christian' band Wake me up inside? I have borrowed CD The Open Door from library and will compare to The Heart of Everything.
Answers:
Within Temptation, like Nightwish, is a symphonic metal band...but WT has had some pop influences as of recently...probably why people compare them to Evanescence, which is just a pop rock/nu metal band.
Not to mention, Amy's kind of over-rated and...fat...just an opinion, no offense!
