Epiphone or Fender?
Im planing to upgrade my squier m-80 (which is a really good axe despite squiers less-than-excellent reputation), but i dont know wat to chose between SGs, LPs, or Strats? Wat do u think is good 4 punk/pop/alternative/hardcore music?

Personally, I would choose an Epiphone LP. That's the guitar that I have. It is amazing! The guitar gives a good, clean sound, not to mention that the pickups have great distortion! I play the exact same types of music and it has been the best guitar for me! Just to be safe, go to a Guitar Center and play the guitar before you buy it! Our opinions may not be the same as yours.
