Do you think stadium arcadium sucks?

I think the band has lost that unique edge they once had, I think they lost it when john rejoined the band. I am a huge fan of john though, they've lost the punky edge they used to have. Hillel Slovak was their best guitarist. I thought there last good era was during one hot minute, the band changed but it was cool, they were still really good live too. Warped is an awesome song, I don't think the chili's could ever write a song like that again, Its a shame the album is so underated but so are the self titled debut, freaky styley, uplift mofo party plan and their second best album to date "Mothers Milk" To me that is the album that captured the energy of their early live perfomances. I don't hate Stadium Arcadium, dani california is alright, Readymade is one of the best on the album but it is too slow, Snow has a nice melody but the lyrics are utter shite, especially in michigan is a well written song, desecration smile is the best soft song. They should of quit after by the way.

Blood sugar sex magik is their greatest album, one of the best albums of the 90's

I kind of like it. It's not unusual for a band to lose some of its edge after a while. If you prefer the earlier stuff, then stick to that.
