Name the 80's dance song: "I broke the rules for you/played the fool for yo!

Question:

Name the 80's dance song: "I broke the rules for you/played the fool for you/I took everything you..."

"...sent in my direction/you spin my head around/kick me when I'm down/You just don't know the pain you've caused me"
It most certainly is not "You Spin Me Round" by Dead Or Alive so if that's all you've got, go home. This is totally deep album 80's track, probably never saw the top 50 in the USA.

And don't say "Google it" because I've literally searched fifty pages of Google and it's not there or I missed it. I will not award "Best Answer" to a "Google it."

George Michael? Wham? You said that just to see if I'd snort milk out my nose didn't you?
[snorts milk out nose]
This is a dance song, somewhere between New Wave and Techno, except that techno wasn't yet a thing back then.
I'm asking because the song name is inaccessible and I don't know anyone who knows it: George Michael's [ahem] body of work is so accessible that pimps call him for marketing advice.

Bless you my child! It is indeed "The Magician" by Secession. It doesn't sound just like I remember, but that's definitely it. (All 80s songs sounded way better in the 80s.)

Answers:

I think I have the solution to your problem. The song is called "The Magician", artist is Secession. I'm not sure where you can hear the entire song, but you can hear a sample here - http://www.cduniverse.com/search/xx/musi...
