The Emperor's Waltz?!

Question:

The Emperor's Waltz?

I have seen references made to a piece called the Emperor's Waltz, but I cannot seem to find out who composed it. It sounds suspiciously like Strauss, but I can't be sure. Any ideas?

Answers:

yes...........
Johann Strauss did it
The original name is Kaiserwalzer, Op 437, and wasnt Strauss who put the title . Was the editor Mr. Simrock, thinking about the german emperor, but.......Strauss compossed it thinking in Franciscus Joseph
