Help identifying this song please?

It's a hip hop song featuring some rap artist. The chorus has children singing what appears to be a kids song. I think there maybe a reference to "chain gangs" although I suspect I may have just misheard this. Another part of the chorus sounds like "why why why". It's a catchy tune ... sorry I don't have any other info.
