Hi all, can anyone tell me the name of this movie? i saw it long ago on tv?!

I don’t remember much of it, but it is about a pure love between a boy and a girl aged between 15 and 17 –I guess, unapproved by their families -I guess- they desert their homes and go on the street homeless and starving!. They go through a lot; the girl gets too hungry that the boy goes to offer himself on the street to an adult man to make money to provide his beloved one with food!. I think that was the last scene as they reached the peak of their suffering!.

I’d love to know the name of that movie so I can try to look for it and watch it again
