Is Mirrormask worth watching..?!
Question: Is Mirrormask worth watching!.!.!?
i loved Labyrinth and the Dark Crystal!. But I am unsure of Mirrormask and I don't really want to waste the money renting it if it's bad!. Or do you have any suggestions for any movies like these!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I also loved Labyrinth and Dark Crystal!. I also really like Mirrormask!. Although I often see the three grouped together as similar movies, they are very different in style!. I would rent it, it has a good story and is funny!. Mirrormask is an excellent movie, and is in much the same vein as Labyrinth, Dark Crystal etc!. It is well-written and has a beautifully built world!. My only complaints is that much of the photography is deliberately done dark, which does make for a distinctive 'look' but can sometimes make it difficult to see!. Visually the art style is very spiky!. The lead character is also spiky, and she's less likeable than say, Labyrinth's Sarah, but on the other hand she's much easier to understand!.
Overall it's an enjoyable movie, and is a lot darker both in the tone and the production than Labyrinth!. It's difficult to reccomend movies to people as one man's work of genius is another's work of trash to another, but I don't think it'd be a complete waste of the couple of dollars it'd take to rent it!. It shouldn't be hidesouly expensive to do so either, as it was released quite some time ago!. also check out The Princess Bride if you haven't done so already, and Stardust!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
