I hope my dearest two filmloyalists will strike my question again!.!.!.!.in fact the remake with Kidamn & Craig is a pure garbage!. Donald Sutherland could balance himself with the original B&W film from 1956!.!.!.and he was very fantastic in that version 1978 !Www@Enter-QA@Com

Veronica Cartwright from the Seventies remake has a small role in "The Invasion", which I personally intensely dislike!. So, she carried on the tradition, as when Kevin McCarthy showed up in the remake of the Fifties film he stars in!.
Actually, I don't think anyone crosses over to "Body Snatchers" starring Gabrielle Anwar and Billy Wirth!. I still like that version better than the Kidman one, which departs too far from the formula!. It doesn't resemble Jack Finney's novel enough to suit me!. In order of preference, I like the Fifties the best, the Seventies next then the Nineties film!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
