Can anybody remember what this film is called?! Its driving me mad!!?!

Ok, this film is on every year in the UK, and its about a family who are homeless and they hide in a department store!. There is a scene when they sleep in the tents, and then the store santa claus is trying to do something bad, and the family (a mum and her two daughters) save the day and the elf and the santa gets arrested!. The guy that plays the elf has been in loads of UK tv shows, sitcoms and comedy shows!.


Aargh, sorry not much to go on, but its really bugging me!! I love this film and cannot for the life of me remember what its called! Www@Enter-QA@Com
