In the movie Scarface, why does the Columbian bring the cocaine to the deal, if !

The Columbians didn't "bring" the coke to the deal, they were in possession of it and were "sitting on" it!. They were supposed to/had hoped to sell it before they did (which is one reason they were so angry at having waited there with it in their possession for so long) to either Tony's "boss" (Pheifer's beau) or, if that didn't go through someone else, and i suppose that they had planned on robbing/killing whoever was there to make the deal, and then load it off on someone else; HOWEVER, the Columbians were likely in with (i can't remember the name) the guy who ended up getting hanged from the helicopter; he likely set Tony up to get him whacked because he didn't like him, most likely because Tony was arrogant and threatened that guy's position, because Tony was so resourceful and apt, to be the "boss's" right hand man (whatever his name was, can't recall)!. Remember when Tony was in South America and after that guy got hanged, Tony said for all he knows that guy (who got hanged) set up the whole deal to go bad and try to get them killed, which caused his friend Angel to be killed!.

I'm not sure why Tony doesn't like Columbians, because that part of his history is left out of the film, if i recall correctly!. But it could be because those Columbians in the drug trade are just plain ruthless murderers in general!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
