Can u help me with this movie ?!

ok so there where 3 brothers in a small town!.i think they where also law breakers and then the town's sheriff captured the youngest brother,whiped him in front of people and the put him in jail!.the other bros saved him from prison but he died later due to sever wounds!. then they burried him in dessert!.!.!.!.it wasn't and old movie!.could help me out!? thank u!
