Question: R rated movies!? Underage!?
Some friends and I are looking to rent some horror movies for a scary movie night!.
If my parents over the phone consented to us renting r rated movies - would the video shop workers legally be allowed to sell them to us!?

It depends who's working I guess!. Usually people have to make an account to rent movies!. If you're parents put your name on the account then you're supposed to be allowed to rent rated R movies!. And sometimes you just get the nice people that don't even ask your age!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
