I'm in the UK!. In the UK mamma mia has done the best this year out of the two!.
1!. Overall what movie has been the most successful!?
2!. Should the overall statistics be looked at rather then just one country!? For example to decide how successful a movie's been is it stupid just to look at one country such as UK, US!. Should you look at world wide, foreign market!?
3!. Which box office is the one looked at to measure a films success!? UK, US, Foreign, World wide, Most broken records etc!. Which film wins in that category!?
4!. Mamma Mia fans in the UK now think the dark knight has been beaten overall, simply because it ruled the UK, is that stupid - isn't it shocking bad tastes to have that as number 2 all time gross!?

I agree with David 199!.!.!.The Dark Knight is the more successful not just in the US but worldwide!. It is the best movie of the year, so far (my opinion) and it is a hell lot more than a comic book movie!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The Dark Knight has been way more successful!. It's broken hundreds of records in the US, and worldwide!. In the US, it had the biggest opening day, biggest opening weekend, top grossing movie rated PG-13, widest release in US history, and it was the fastest movie to ever to reach $500 million dollars!. Worldwide, it's made $992 million dollars compared to Mamma Mia's $552 million dollars!. also, The Dark Knight was the most anticipated movie of 2008 and kind of became this movie that really seperated itself from the Batman franchise!.
