Does anyone remember a movie like this?!

I think it was black and white!. It's probably been 20 to 30 years since I've seen it!. All I remember is a woman in a village being run over by a carriage and she is decapitated!. Her head is then reattached by a scientist or someone but it is held on by a ribbon she wears around her neck!. I don't think she is able to speak either!. This has always stuck with me for some reason, but I have no idea what the movie is called!. I'm not really sure if it was a movie or a tv show!. I don't think it's "The Velvet Ribbon" because there was much more to this than there is to that story!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
