"How'd he come back!?" His burns weren't that severe!. He was also fueled by the darkside, and that can keep wounded people alive for days!. He probably would've died if nobody found him!. Palpatine showed up and with the Coldplay song playing in the background he said "I will try to fix you!."

Didn't Anakin mention earlier in either Episode 1 or 2 that bringing people back from death was something he was wanting to learn and going to the dark side is the only way to get that power!? Couldn't Palpatine already have that power and that be how he could revive Anakin!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Obi-Wan did not have enough guts to kill him, and Anakin still was intact and had organs and things, he was just suffering from extreme third-degree burns!. SO Darth Sidious brought medical robots to save him, but since not everything was repairable, he needed the black suit and become Darth Vader!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
He didn't die at first on Mustafar!. Emperor Palpatine rescued Anakin and revived him with a medical capsule!. Then he took him to a high-end medical facility, and was given the cyborg suit to sustain his life!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
