In the early days of TV in the Fifties, they used to fill in programming by showing a lot of old films!. I grew up on horror from the Thirties and Forties, repeated many times usually!. I included all of Val Lewton's horror films because they simply are amazing works of art!. You'd never guess they were low-budget and shot on a short schedule!.

NOTE: "The Thing from Another World" was released in 1951, the year of my birth!. It IS a good film though I don't care for John Carpenter's remake!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The thing it was in the 40's and it has several remakes and all were pretty good!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
