Question: Identify this movie for me!?
I accidentally saw a clip from a movie when I was around 8 years old or something, and that clip has haunted me!.
The only thing I can remember is that there was two guys hiding in bushes in a park looking at a guy who had a dog resting on his arm!. Then, for some idiotic and brainless reason, they shot the dog in the butt, and the dog went crazy and started to bite the guys arm!.!.!.
