it would be easier if you go and sign up at a talent agency and get an agent, or get a recording at a studio and give out demo tapes to record companies!.
singing at clubs and getting gigs is a good way, but you are 14 btw, it won't be a nice image for you to be singing at a place like that, well it may also depend on the image you want to show
