It was made probably in 1990's or 1980's!. The plot is like:
A blonde movie star is living with her husband in a luxurious house that has a heated swimming pool!. In the beginning of the movie, her neighbor, a bad guy peeps at her and takes photos of her when she is swimming in the pool in the nude!. The guy got fascinated by her and starts harassing her a lot!. Nobody can help!. The girl talks to police and a policeman just warns this bad guy!. Seeing no hope to sleep with the star, he got desperate, daggering to death the girl's husband when the couple is making love in the pool!. Realizing nobody but herself can protect herself, the star pretends to flirt with the bad guy and tries to kill him!. She tries and fails!. In the end however, a girl who loves the bad guy opens fire on him and get him killed!. This girl has been in love with him when he has nothing but the movie star in his mind!.
This movie seems to be used to blame police's weakness on protecting citizens!.
