i agree imdb is best but then again they can also be too broad!.!.!.!.label a film with approx 4 genres in fear of being proven wrong !.!.!.!.!.
example !.!.!.!.alien [1979] listed as "horror/sci fi /thriller"
well personally if it were to be placed on a shelf in a video store it'd just go under sci fi [and rightly so]
thriller is reserved for films like -gothika
horror is reserved for films like - texas chainsaw massacre
