Question: Any children of Dune fans out there, i need comprehension help!?
I understand the basic idea of Children of Dune but i dont understand why leto was so sad!. I dont know what he had to give up as a result of perusing the golden path!. And what was he becoming, a worm!? I have not read the book but a want to, just to make sense of the movie!. I love this movie and ive seen like 6 times but no one will sit through it with me to explain it!. Please help!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Leto is giving up his humanity!. He is becoming a sandworm and he has an extended lifespan making him virtually immortal (though eventually he is killed)!.
