Question: I'm looking for an old movie where a man gets caught cheating and pretends it didn't happen!.!?
I saw a snippet of it one night in 1996 and it's been driving me crazy to find out what this movie is!. It reminded me of something circa 1960's or 70's "technicolor" if that makes sense to anyone
Here's the part I saw:
Wife comes home and finds husband in bed with woman!.
Man and girlfriend get out of bed, get dressed!. He makes the bed, she goes to leave and he gives her a kiss and then he goes out into the living room and sits on his chair and opens the paper!.
The whole time, his wife is freaking out and he is pretending she isn't even there!.

I only saw a snippet and this is all I can remember!.
Does anyone else remember something similar!?
Thanks!Www@Enter-QA@Com

A Guide for the Married Man (1967)
IMDb synopsis:
Robert Morse convinces his best friend Walter Matthau that he should fool around with other women in order to preserve his happy marriage!. Morse illustrates his point with a series of vignettes acted out by a lot of famous celebrities!. Among them are Jayne Mansfield, Lucille Ball, Art Carney, Jack Benny, Carl Reiner, Wally Cox, Polly Bergen, Marty Ingels, Joey Bishop, Terry-Thomas, Phil Silvers, Ben Blue, Hal March, Sam Jaffe and Jeffrey Hunter!. The joke of it all is that Matthau is married to lovely Inger Stevens! Title song is sung by The Turtles, with music by Johnny (John) Williams!.
TRIVIA:
Each celebrity who did a cameo was paid $10,000 for two days work (including The Turtles who sang the title song)!. If anyone was required to work for more than two days, they were to receive an extra $10,000!. No one went overtime!.

By the way, Joey Bishop is the denial guy!. No matter what his wife (Ann Morgan Guilbert of "The Dick Van Dyke Show" and "the Nanny") says, he acts as if he doesn't know what she's talking about, while his lover calmly departs!.

It's a great movie, and it holds up quite well if you remember the time period it takes place in since it's definitely not PC! Another goody from that era is "How to Murder Your Wife", starring Jack Lemmon, Virna Lisi and Terry-Thomas!.
