I remember a long time ago, that I watched this amazing movie that I think was shakespearean, it was one of the modern remakes!. One of the scenes I remember most is one of the girls has her hands cut off and they put her on a stump by a river with twigs tied around her wrists as hands!. also another part is the inside of an palace and the painted ceiling actually has real people on it, and they are all talking and doing things!.
