Is the Joker the only villain without an background?!

Question: Is the Joker the only villain without an background!?

He does not have his real name, where he work, or all about his life when he was growing up!.

Almost every other batman villain has a background with their reak name and others

But Joker appears not to have one!.

Isn't that strange!?

I think it koolWww@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
Assuming you are talking about the Dark Knight because
The joker in the comic book and the joker from the Tim Burton batman does have a background!. BUT in the Dark Knight the director purposely did not give us a background to make the Joker more creepy and more of a definite villain!.!.!.!.a this is him, so just take it!.!. kind of thing!. I like it too!Www@Enter-QA@Com

He does have a backstory, actually (but it changes)!.

"The first origin account, Detective Comics #168 (February 1951), revealed that the Joker had once been a criminal known as the Red Hood!. In the story, he was a scientist looking to steal from the company that employs him and adopts the persona of Red Hood!. After committing the theft, which Batman thwarts, Red Hood falls into a vat of chemical waste!. He emerges with bleached white skin, red lips, green hair, and a permanent grin!.
The most widely cited backstory, which the official DC Comics publication, Who's Who in the DC Universe, credits as the most widely believed account, can be seen in The Killing Joke!. It depicts him as originally being an engineer at a chemical plant who quits his job to become a stand-up comedian, only to fail miserably!. Desperate to support his pregnant wife, Jeannie, the man agrees to help two criminals break into the plant where he was formerly employed!. In this version of the story, the Red Hood persona is given to the inside man of every job (thus it is never the same man twice); this makes the man appear to be the ringleader, allowing the two criminals to escape!. During the planning, police contact him and inform him that his wife and unborn child have died in a household accident!."

You can find some other bad guys without a backstory but most of them are meant to represent some primeval form of villainy (like an old- fashioned bad guy from a fantasy or sci-fi tale)!.

That being said, the Joker is cool!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The Joker does have a background but the details are often adjusted, more so than those of any other majpr character in superhero canon!.

If you wanna see a recent take on the Joker backstory, try Batman: Lovers & Madmen - the collected issues #7-12 of the Batman Confidential comic!. Alternatively, go for the older and fairly well regarded 'Batman: The Killing Joke'!. Not read it yet but I believe it works off of a similar basis to L&M!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

on the contrary, the Joker has several backgrounds!.!.!.!.

there is one that shows him falling into a toxic vat of waste which twisted his mind

and another that says his father was a jerk to him as a child

This isn't a batman villian but the bad guy in the movie Seven is called John Doe and has no background!. It is disturbing to not know any thing about him!. Scary too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Its kind of what makes him the ultimate villain, most character back story makes them seem weaker but the joker is just a psycho son of a *****!.!.!.!.!.!.why so serious!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
