It is Kishan Shrikanth, 9 year old when he directed the movie "C/o Footpath (Care of Footpath)"!.
In November 2006, Kishan found place in the Guinness Book of Records as the youngest person to direct a professional feature film[8]!. He replaces Sydney Ling, who was thirteen in 1973 when he directed the Dutch film Lex the Wonderdog!.
