Question: I need help with a short film!!?
I have a project in history on a short film that I'm directing!. This is a little different though because instead of going for a "fun" little video (with crappy dialogue, effects, etc!.) I'm going for a real short film on the Battle of Bunker Hill!. I'm already an actor, and taking directing classes part time (I'm a sophomore btw) so this is a great oppertunity to make a short film!. My only problem is (not actors or cameras) props!. I have a great camera, costumes, and plenty of actors, and now all I need are props!. Like how do I make smoke, fog, dust, gunpowder, and stuff like that!. also, if oyu have any tips at all, I'd love to hear it!. Thanks for the help!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Be very careful with explosives of any kind!.
"Fullers Earth" is generally used for dust effects and even to augment explosions and give them more volume!.
You can buy pre made smoke bombs for smoke and use "smoke machines" for smoke!.
Air canons are great for creating safe explosions when used with Fullers Earth!.
