Has Anyone Seen "The World's Greatest Sinner (1962)" ?!

I just saw a special on it on TMC and it looks fascinating for Film Buffs!.

It is "low budget" and there is long story as to why it was made, but

Scorsese & other young filmmakers from that time, rave about it being one of their favorite flicks!.

Anyone seen or heard of it !?
