I have seen my fair share of really bad films and each were bad in their own right!.

When the egoes of the creators clash!. The Director, Writer, Stars - if they are not in Tandem, the movie is bound to reflect!. A motion Picture is a combined effort of the whle unit, it has no place for individual egoes!. Work as team and you will succeed!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
the worst thing a movie can be is boring!. there are movies out there with great scripts, or good acting, or good direction, but in the end, if something about it doesnt work in harmony, it can just end up boring!. also, there are movies that are considered to be technically awful that are in fact so bad they end up being entertaining!. in that case, i wouldnt call the movie bad!. if you enjoy it, then great!. movies are entertainment after allWww@Enter-QA@Com
Bad direction - i think that's one of the biggest failures for The Invasion film that came out starring Nicole Kidman & Daniel Craig, that and the fact they'd tried to improve on a classic!. The editing was pretty bad too!.
Actors placed solely in a film for the commercial factor, rather than whether or not they are actually suitable for a the role!.
A dependency on CGI, any film which could simply be viewed as a "look how far technology has come" film, Transformers is one!.

Part of it is personal opinion!. The film does not grab the viewer, the actors cast are not the right ones, the plot is mediocre, that sort of thing!. Maybe the audience is just not drawn into the story, for whatever reason!. I think most people would have a few movies they like a lot that were never that popular or were bagged by the critics!. The viewer needs something to relate to in the film!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Poor directing, bad editing, horrible acting, a crappy script, lame sound/lighting, a joke of a score, uninspired cinematography!.!.!.
