Question: Is each Disney princess movie based on actual countries/eras!?
I know that Beauty and the Beast is based in France and Aladdin has Arabic background--ok those are obvious!. But i heard that Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Alice in Wonderland and others were also supposed to take place in certain countries, though not obvious, just in a subtle way i guess!. anyone know anything about that!?!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

If we're just talking the movies, and not the traditional fairy tales:
Cinderella if think is set in France (there is reference to her living in a house called "Chateau", but it could also be Switzerland, in that case)
Alice in Wonderland is in England, as the original book is set in England!.
There aren't really any clues in Sleeping Beauty, though the traditional fairytale has French roots, however alot of the artwork used in the film drew from German and Italian influences!.
