Mine probably has to be the ring, I watched it for the first time when i was around 9 and i refuse to watch it again!.

I freak out every time i see a fuzzy screen, too! The scariest movie i have ever seen would have to be The Ruins!. VERY GORY!!! I watched it a few months ago and i'm 12!. Ivy kinda creeps me out now!. (you know what i'm talking about if you've seen it)!. there was a bunch of people on yahoo! answers asking how it ended because it was so scary and gross they couldn't finish it!! and i mean grown adults!!! lol!Www@Enter-QA@Com
"Quarantine" which is in theaters now, or the original Spanish version "REC"!.
Either one of those are good!. I'm pretty jaded when it comes to scary movies, but these gave me a good jolt!. Neither "The Ring" nor "The Grudge" did it for me!.

Poltergeist scared me pretty good when it came out, but the one that will occasionally still keep me up at night is The Exorcism of Emily Rose!.

I don't know about nightmares, but the only scary movies I have seen is The Exorcist and Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the one with Jessica Biel)!.
