you mean the stranger [played by ben foster]!.!.!.!.he is from boston but raised in iowa and michigan !.!.!.!.!.so i dunno what accent he normally has but i remember watching him in get over it ages ago [so would guess whatever accent he had in that is probably his normal one]
as for the films accent !.!.!.in the film i am unsure !.!.!.its perhaps a maine style accent [it reminded of jud crandell in pet semetary lol!.!.!.played by ed gwynne yrs ago]

he wasn't supposed to have a specific accent!. it was just done to make it seem more like he was a stranger and no one knew where he came from!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
