Hi, can anyone please tell me what the relevance of "william Shakespeare" written on a scrap of paper in Rosaline's necklace that breaks after intercourse with Mr Burbage!?
I have watched the film with many frequent breaks several times so i have not had the chance to sit down and watch the film from start to end without distruption!. I can't remember back to my school days!. I also appologise for incorrect spelling of name!.!.!.baby brain!

Rosaline and Shakespeare were in love and the name written on a piece of paper is a token of that love!. In those days some would cut their hair and put it in a locket, or you can write their name on paper and keep it somewhere close, both are tokens of love!.
