Editing movies for TV...?!

Question: Editing movies for TV!.!.!.!?
Nowadays, movies are always pushing the envelope when it comes to gore/violence, nudity, language, etc!. Some people think its unfair that explicit films be cut down for a mainstream audience on TV!. It makes audience members feel like they're not getting the whole movie!.

Take for example, the first Scary Movie!. Several raunchy and obscene jokes were cut out of the TV version, which caused lots of talk around the Internet!. Personally, I think that some jokes cross the line, and if they have to be cut for the TV versions, then good riddance!.

Everyone has a side, but for the record!.!.!.

DO YOU THINK MOVIES SHOULD BE EDITED FOR TV!? IF NOT, WHY!? IS THERE A WAY TO GET AROUND CENSORSHIP!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
I have no particular problem with language, nudity, violence, etc, in films!. Some of it is useless!. I make the choice of whether I will continue watching that film, add it to my personal collection, or even recommend it to other friends!. But, I do not like edited for TV mainstream theater movies!. Editing these movies for general audiences takes away from the artists rendition of that film!. I understand editing for time due to time allotments, but either editing for content or time, takes away from what the film writer, director, producer intended the viewer to take away from the film!. Personally, if a film has to be edited for TV content, it should not be shown!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
