How are movies rated ?!
Question: How are movies rated !?
I've noticed that the upcoming films most of them are being rated PG-13 such as Max Payne and The Spirit both movies i was expecting to be rated R especially Max Payne the video game was no PG-13 more like a R rated game!. But yeah how are these movies rated!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

the filmmakers decide what they want it to be, then they send it in to MPAA, and the MPAA will either approve it or deny it and tell them what they need to take out to get their ratingWww@Enter-QA@Com
The movies are rated by how much alcohol use, sexual themes, cursing, violence, blood/gore!. Those are the basic ones!. There r a few more reason that are minor ones!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
