What's the name of this movie? for 10 points!?!

I watched this movie at school!. I can't remember the title!. The plot goes something like this: 2 guys just got out of prison!. ones hooked on pain meds!. the other one played his guitar almost all the time!.!.!.!. they kill a family the cutlers!. (i thank that was there last name) then run off the mexico!. they come back the cops catch em!. they get the death penalty!.!.!. then at the end it showed one of em's mother riding a horse in the water!. (i thank she was one of there mothers it could have been the cutler girl that was murdered)Www@Enter-QA@Com
