What's that movie where the guy goes to hell?!

There's a movie where a guy goes to hell to try and look for his wife and he's in heaven!. So he like travels down to hell and I remember one scene he's in like a library and there's a boat full of people from hell and the boat like drowns or something!. And I also remember that he finds his wife trapped in ice!. Like all you see is her head!.
I saw this movie a long time ago when I was younger!.
