Is Sweeney Todd a good movie?!

If you like the boringish kind of Oscar movies!. Good it bits!. The singing wasn't really boring, but it kinda just went a little too slow!. It was a good movie though, great premise, better than the play, but like I said a bit boring!. But, if you like Johnny Depp and the Director (forgot his name) then yes you'll like it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The acting and directing are pretty excellent!. The main cast (Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter) are not singers, and don't have the voices to carry the music!. There's too much gore and there are a couple of glaring omissions from the stage play!. I'd give it about a 7!.5 out of 10, with most of the credit for that going to Tim Burton's direction and Johnny Depp's acting (but definitely not his singing)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes, however it is dark, disturbing and very bloody, but it is a movie not to be missed! The acting is superb, the singing is excellent and the story is tragically beautiful!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i loved the setting and the acting!. the singing wasn't fabulous but it didn't make me cringe!. it had a very morbid theme and tim burton successfully put it across!.
watch it if you love good cinematography!.

yeah I loved it!. One of my faves!. I usually don't like musicals but, I loved this one!. The music is great!. Johhny Depp and Helena Carter ( i think thats her name) is awesome too!. Its a little gory but, not too bad!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
