Its a pretty good movie, but i wouldnt put it as a good scary movie!. Its an interesting idea on that happens in the movie!. Not going to go into detail of the movie, dont want to spoil anything for anyone that havent seen it!.
If you want a good horror movie, check out Silent Hill, One Miss Call (Japanese version, it is dubbed in english, not the American version that came out a little bit ago, its watered down and boring)!. Cant really go wrong with Stephen King movies, like one person said The Mist and 1408 were pretty good!. If you are into gory movies that are not scary and i think i fell asleep watching the 3rd one, Saw would be for the gore and blood!.
Cannot think of anything too recent that came out that may be a good horror movies!. Heard mixed reviews on Mirrors but its not on dvd yet but probably will be pretty soon!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

what you think about this movies is depending on wether or not you are a fan of M night Shaymalan!.!.!.i am a big fan of his and have loved all his movies, they are not typical plots!. The Happening is interesting enough and new idea if nothing else and it only cost like 5 bucks to rent so you really can't go wrong!. but it is one of those movies you just have to watch for yourself!. but i would recamend it sure!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I really wouldn't get the Happening, I really didn't like it and thought it really wasn't scary!. If you can deal with subtitles, then check out a load of asian horror films like Ring, Ju'on (The grudge), Three!. If not The Mist is quite good!. Hope this helps!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

its not necessarily scary, but it is very suspenseful and has a good storyline!. i liked it alot, and if you watch it, i hope you like it too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
