I can remember seeing a movie with a famous actor; I want to say arnold schwarzenegger or steven segal, but I can't remember it!.
Near the end, there was a scene with some weird partially bald guy with an axe in a theatre!. He was on an upper level and he took the axe and slid down the curtain using the axe to slow his fall!.
I seem to think he had kidnapped someone too, and that's why the main character was chasing after them!.!.!.
