The part is played by Richard O'Brien, who wrote the musical play that grew into "TRHPS"!. He went on to put together "Shock Treatment", which didn't have the same success!.

The Rocky Horror Show!. Started as a stage production but after its success was turned into The Rocky Horror Picture Show movie!. Was written by Richard O Brian who played Riff Raff in the film!.
